Best customer service I️ ever had! I️ ordered a bale blind from Redneck Blinds. It was delivered in a damaged box with a hole and I️ let them know. Within a couple of hours they responded by email stating that they are sending a new one, and to please use this one for the gift. Also she said if any parts are missing on the damaged one, she will happily replace them. All I️ can say is WOW!
