You then get not Lawyers, or Businessmen and women but the people of the community to evaluate all of the essay Reports. Have a Forth Grade teacher alon with several High School students to evaluate and weigh those that make the most sense as a possibility. Get your shade tree Mechanic's involved in designing an Economy Orientated Vehicle. Have the Art Students in your High Schools design the vehicle. Then when you all have your big Fair Event in six months you sit down and hash out which essays are the most feasable and start blending them together to where they make a plyable and possible product and services that you can manufacture and sell.
Being an old Missouri boy myself, I was raised with many disapointments. But because I was raised in Missouri I was raised to survive. Now I am but a seventh Grade educated person. Not one who was raised with parents who gave me everything including an education. I was raised in a large poor family. I had to learn how to build a life at the early age of nine years old. I know Lamar personally and there isn't a finer bunch of people anywhere. Now I am going to tell all your educated leaders how to come out of your situation.

You have a huge Factory Building standing empty. Contact the owners and in a united effort apply for Government Rehab Grants. Lamar has several even young kids who love to draw and dream. You bring out a contest with maybe a weekend at Dog Patch or Shepherd of the Hills as the Prize. You have each child in your school systom to write an Essay as to what they would do if it was up to them to bring the town back on it's feet.
I know this will work, because I used it in making my life. I have been successful in making my life and it can work in a community also. But everyone has to work together to make it happen. Do not pay attention to all the negativities in this political mess of a world. I vast all that out and built my own estate. And don't reply nack with negative responses. I do not have time for them. I know it can come back if the people of Lamar wants to build it.
