Easy to work with and straight forward. Answered ALL of my questions and worked with me the whole way. So far I am very happy with the JD tractor and am already planning my next tractor purchase. Lance was well versed and got the right help when my questioning went beyond his knowledge base. I really liked working with him and everyone else I encountered there. They were friendly and showed me around the tractor and the maintenance schedule. I have always been partial to Kubota but Lance made the transition to greene painless.
