We had pizza delivered to our hotel room. The service was fast and friendly, the pizza was Great!

We are on of two tables sitting in here currently. Every single table is dirty and not one employee is out here cleaning anything. I had to ask to have the cheese and stuff wiped off at the table we were sat at. My water tastes like they poured something else in it first then water. But the guy who sat us and got our drinks was from the back and cared he even asked about getting our orders even though he couldn’t put them in after we waited forever before anyone else even came over to talk to us. Our waitress just cleaned the bathrooms and I can hear her telling people about how gross it was and I know she is going to be carrying out my food soon. And as I sit her and write this still no one has touched a single dirty table. This is ridiculous.
Pizza was excellent. A little trouble with our order, but resolved to our satisfaction by our sweet server. Need better seating choices for the wheel chair bound. That's more a design flaw. The staff worked hard to make us comfortable.
Worst service ever. We used to love it here. Miranda was our waitress and I wish we could have gotten the other waitress instead. She had to keep reminding Miranda to check on us, and also to cash us out, since we were standing at the counter waiting and she was talking to someone with her back to us. I had to move our salad plates to an empty table next to ours, because out of the 10 times or so that she walked past our table, not only did she not even stop to check on us, but she never took them even after I put them on the other table. When she brought our drinks, she brought all of us full sized cups, even my 5 year old. I asked her if she could put her drink in a smaller cup with a lid and she just looked at me dumbfounded. Also, it was NOT busy at all and yet our pizza took forever. From the way the cooks were loudly and obnoxiously joking around, I'm guessing that was the reason for the food taking a long time and the pizza just wasn't up to par compared to in the past. Don't think we'll be returning here.
