I was VERY disappointed with the H&R Block in Lamar, MO. I went there to get my taxes amended after tax season. It took a week to finally get finished. Instead of receiving my check in the mail, I got a packed from the IRS saying that they did not do their job and that there was missing information. When I called back, the staff was rude and unhelpful.
